Terms and Conditions for the #GoWithMode Giveaway

 

Promotion Overview 

The #GoWithMode Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by Mode Rentals. By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility 

The Giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand and international participants who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Mode Rentals, their immediate family members, or anyone else connected to the Giveaway are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

1. Follow Mode Rentals on Instagram (@moderentals).
2. Post a photo or video of your travel experience with Mode Rentals and use the hashtag #ModeRentals.
3. Ensure your profile is public so we can view your entry.

Entry Period 

The Giveaway starts on Wednesday, 4 September 2024, and runs until Monday, 30 September 2024. One winner will be announced on Tuesday, 1 October 2024.

Prizes 

The prize is a Mode Rentals branded travel bottle for New Zealand entries. International winners will receive a digital prezzy card valued at $50. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

Winner Selection 

Winners will be selected based on creativity, quality, and how well they capture the spirit of adventure with Mode Rentals. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 3 days of the contest end.

Winner Notification 

Winners must respond to the notification within 3 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, Mode Rentals reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize Delivery 

New Zealand winners will have their prizes delivered to the provided address, with Mode Rentals covering standard delivery costs. International winners will receive a digital prezzy card valued at $50. Mode Rentals is not responsible for any issues with digital delivery or postal service delays.

Personal Data 

By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal data for administering the Giveaway and for marketing purposes, as detailed in Mode Rentals' Privacy Policy.

Publicity 

By participating, you agree to allow Mode Rentals to use your entry for promotional purposes on social media, the website, and other marketing materials.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Participants agree to release Instagram from any liability related to the Giveaway.

General Terms 

Mode Rentals reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions. Mode Rentals reserves the right to amend or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
