First Class Experience 

I booked a Toyota RAV4 from the UK through the Holiday Autos website, and Mode Rentals was the most affordable option. The car was ready on time, the handover process was smooth, and they even lent us a phone holder when ours didn’t work. Overall, it was a first-class experience—I’d happily recommend Mode Rentals! 
 

Exceeded Expectations! 

We were thrilled with our Hybrid RAV4 from Mode Rentals. The car was in excellent condition, well-equipped, and fuel-efficient. The 24-hour roadside assistance gave us peace of mind during our journey, especially when dealing with a flat tyre on the West Coast. The Queenstown staff were efficient, friendly, and made check-in and check-out seamless. We highly recommend Mode Rentals and will definitely use them again! 

Mode Rentals was very easy to work with, especially for someone visiting from the US. We rented a RAV4, which was the perfect car for our two-week trip. They even allow inter-island travel, making it easy to take the car on the ferry (just remember to reserve a spot for your vehicle). They were also incredibly understanding when our flight was cancelled, allowing us to pick up the car the next day without any hassle
