In line with the recent announcement from our Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, ___mode Rentals is temporarily closing all branches for the duration of the Alert Level 4 lockdown, for at least four weeks from 5:00 pm on the 25th of March 2020.
For our customers who are still on the road and need to return your vehicle after this time, please read the instructions below:
This branch will be closed. Return your vehicle to our Auckland Airport branch – please see below for details.
Return your vehicle to Heartland Hotel at 14 Airpark Drive. Drop the keys at the front desk. Shuttle services will not be available so you will need to arrange transport to the airport. Mode Rentals agrees to refund the cost of your transport (going to the airport only) as long as you provide us with a receipt.
Park your vehicle in a 24-hour car park near the Z petrol station on the corner of Calabar Road and Broadway and give your keys to one of the petrol station staff. From here it is a 500-metre walk to the airport.
Park your vehicle at Jet Place or any available parking space within the vicinity of 11 Logistics Drive. Drop the key in the mailbox in front of our branch, fence facing Logistics Drive
Shuttle services will not be available so you will need to arrange transport to the airport. Mode Rentals agrees to refund the cost of your transport (going to the airport only) as long as you provide us with a receipt.
To all our customers who are scheduled to pick up vehicles in the next four weeks, we will NOT be allowing pickups during this time. Customers who currently have vehicles may extend their hire, however, they will need to pay for the extension; standard T&Cs apply for our refund policy.
